How to check if your antivirus is working or not?
European Institute for Computer Anti-virus Research (EICAR) have
researched out one tricks which will tell you weather your antivirus is
running or not. The malware test file is authorized to Paul Ducklin and
was made in cooperation with CARO.
It is a very simple process to check it....just follow the steps...
- Open notepad and paste this -

- Save it as fakevirus.exe
- The Anti-Virus should stop you that means it is working and if doesn't you will have to think...
